Sumosan Twiga originally started as two separate establishments – Sumosan, a high-end Japanese restaurant, and Twiga, an Italian restaurant and nightclub. These two concepts merged into a single entity, offering a fusion of Japanese and Italian culinary experiences along with a lively nightlife atmosphere.
The Japanese-Italian fusion delivers a menu that showcases the rich diversity of the two cuisines. The skilled chefs craft traditional Italian recipes with contemporary Japanese twists.
