The Oarsman in Marlow brings a seasonal bistro style to Spittal Street. The gastropub has recently relaunched under the ownership of highly respected industry figures Nigel Sutcliffe and James Mclean. Nigel has most recently been working with Heston and his Fat Duck Group to develop The Crown at Bray.

The Hand and Flowers has the unique selling point of being the only pub in the UK to hold two prestigious Michelin stars. Owned by Tom Kerridge and Beth Cullen-Kerridge, the gastropub is nationally recognised as one of the epicentre’s of British hautecuisine, even taking the crown as the AA Restaurant of the Year for 2011-12.
